“Riverview Heights” consists of two main buildings totaling over 90 squares and five self contained one bedroom units.

“Riverview House” contains eleven bedrooms. The communal rooms are very large and consist of kitchen, bathrooms, free laundry, TV lounge, pool room and dining room. There is also an incoming telephone line.

“Riverview Wing” contains fifteen bedrooms. The Wing facilities include kitchen, bathrooms and an incoming telephone line.

“Riverview Heights” is monitored by a night  security service, a residential assistant  and site assistant appointed by management. Cleaners are employed to clean common areas.

All Rooms are fully furnished and microwaves and the like are provided. Accommodation is self-catered.

"Riverview Units" are five self contained one bedroom units. The units are located on the western side of the property in an elevated position. They contain a bedroom, lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Units can be furnished or unfurnished.
